Regarding the MCM × BE@BRICK Selling Lottery
1. Overview
Only those customers who have applied for the lottery and have been selected in the lottery will be eligible to purchase the target products at the following stores within the purchase period set by the Company, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Please access the following page on The Company’s website https://jp.mcmworldwide.com/en_JP/mcm-x-bearbrick-lottery by 6:00 PM on November 24, 2022, and enter the registrant’s full name and email address on the designated online form. If you are selected, you will be notified via your registered email address (you will not receive an email notification if you are not selected). Please note that we will not notify you by e-mail if you are not selected. In the event of a shipping error due to rejection of the winning e-mail notification, the e-mail will not be resent. So, please add the domain “mcmworldwide.com” to the list of trusted senders for your email account. Please note that only one entry per person is allowed. If we determine that more than one entry has been submitted by the same customer, all entries will be deemed invalid.
3. Regarding Lottery Eligibility
As of November 14, 2022, only those who reside in Japan and are able to make purchases locally at the aforementioned stores during the purchase period may apply (our company and its subsidiaries or affiliates (hereinafter referred to as, “group companies” including the Company), agents of the Company, officers and employees of group companies, their direct family members, and cohabitants.)
4. Regarding Target Products and their Retail Price
BE@RBRICK MCM WHITE CHROME Ver. 100%&400%: 35,200 yen (tax included)
Each winner is limited to the purchase of one (1) target product.
In addition to the winning e-mail notification (digital display), you will be required to present a photo ID (driver's license, passport, my number card, special permanent resident card, etc.) in the same name as the name on your application and a credit card in the same name as the winning applicant when making a purchase. Payment will only be accepted with a credit card with the same name as the winner.
No layaway or delivery of the target products will be accepted.
The Target Products may be subject to replacement by another Bearbrick product of equal or greater value.
5. Regarding the Lottery, etc.
The lottery will be carried out at random on or after November 25, the day following the entry deadline. The email notifying your selection will include the period during which the purchase is allowed (including the timeframe during which they are available for purchase). Once the purchase period has expired, you will not be able to purchase the target product, in any case. In addition, the Company reserves the right to void the prize in the event of fraudulent application or other reasons. In that case, the Company will conduct a lottery again from among other applicants. By applying for this lottery, you accept and agree to be bound by our Terms of Use and other rules and regulations, as well as our decision-making process regarding the lottery. In addition, the entrant hereby waives the right to any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) that arise from participation in the lottery or from the purchase or use of the Target Product. The entrant also agrees to hold harmless the Group companies and other related parties. In addition, you agree that your name, e-mail address, purchase history, and other personal information may be used by the Group Companies for marketing and other purposes as permitted by Japanese law and as described in the Privacy Policy. In principle, neither The Company nor its Affiliates will bear liability for any loss, delay, mis-delivery, mis-printing, or any other mistake regarding data that arises during lottery entry or the announcement of results, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. In the event of such errors, the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may promptly cancel, postpone, or otherwise modify the lottery in a manner it deems appropriate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
