We support 7-day return with no reason. All returned products should be purchased from MCM Online Store China, and unused with original labels, tags, accessories and parts, in its original state, attached with the original proof of purchase.

Return Handling

Please contact our Customer Service Center to submit your return application.

Please put the returns into the original package. All the returns must be in their original condition, have tags and labels attached, and be complete with all parts and accessories. Please also include the Shipping List. We will handle the return according to the order.

When the Fedex staff comes to collect the parcel, please prepare in advance the returns and its original package, together with the shipping list and other proof of purchase. Please also include invoice or giveaways if available. Please check the details of specific returns with the Fedex staff and sign on the shipment slip.

We will check if the product is eligible for return. If so, we will process the refund.

All full priced items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the sole discretion of MCM.

All the MCM items are quality controlled and checked for any faults prior to being dispatched to customers, with authentication cards attached. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

MCM items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached, complete with all accessories and parts, and authentication cards undamaged. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, all accessories and packaging such as invoice, giveaways, instructions, authenticity cards and dust bags should be included with your returns. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected while in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered to be a part of the product, and your returns may not be accepted if the box is damaged. Otherwise, we may reserve the right to deduct reasonable charges or decline the return.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain of ownership. Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned with marked soles will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. For shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box we may reserve the right to deduct reasonable charges or decline the return.
